Welcome!

Wien Meditation is a peaceful and welcoming space where you can truly rest your mind and body.

We practice a simple, 7-step meditation method that has helped people in over 350 centers worldwide to discover lasting peace and clarity. This method has been available in Austria since late 2019, and we are grateful to share it here in Vienna.

Our teachers are all volunteers — meditators who have experienced this journey themselves and now wish to give back by helping others. We’re here to guide you, step by step, on your own path toward discovering your True Self. Either in individual or group sessions.

You can meditate with us in person at our center or online via Zoom. Sessions are available in English, French, German, Hungarian, Korean, Italian, Spanish, and many more, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Everyone is welcome!

Our Origin

There are many kinds of meditation, and the method we practice at Wien Meditation originates from South Korea.
It has been taught worldwide for over 30 years and is now practiced in about 400 centers across the globe.

Our Purpose

The purpose of this meditation is to discover our true nature.
Each of us lives within our own world of thoughts — a world that often brings stress and emotional burdens.
This inner world is made up of countless “pictures”: thoughts, feelings, and memories we’ve accumulated throughout life. These layers cover our original, pure mind.
Through this meditation, we can let go of those false images, free ourselves from the weight of the past, and rediscover our true, peaceful self.

Our Method

Our method is simple and suitable for everyone, regardless of age or background.
Through gentle self-reflection, we recognize the false mind and release it step by step.
The practice consists of seven stages in which we let go of the mind world we have built.
As our mind becomes lighter and freer, emotional blockages dissolve, our actions become clear, and positive change naturally follows.
